This clause outlines the circumstances in which we accept returns or offer refunds for goods. We will only accept returns or offer refunds for goods if they are faulty upon delivery. To do so, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. To return faulty goods, the customer should contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt. We will then provide instructions on how to return the goods and process the return. We may repair, replace, or provide a refund for faulty goods, and any associated delivery costs. If the goods are repaired or replaced, we will deliver them to the original delivery address at no additional cost. If a refund is provided, we will pay it to the account used to purchase the goods. All items must be unused and unworn with all tags intact in order to be eligible for a refund. Before leaving our warehouse, all items are fully inspected and checked by our packing team. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We may be able to repair the item or offer an exchange for the same product, same size, subject to availability. If repair or exchange is not possible, you will receive a credit note.
